Shipping & Returns

Please kindly keep in mind that we are a growing company and unique in the items we sell and thus in our policy for returns 🙂


We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), order tracking included.

Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship the following business day and items ordered on Saturday will ship on the following Monday. Please view the kinds of shipping we offer below:

United States

Standard flat rate shipping cost of $7.99 with an estimated time of arrival of 1-5 business days from the date the item was shipped (3-5 days for Hawaii/Alaska).

-Flat rate express shipping cost of $18.99 with an estimated time of arrival of of 1 business day from the date the item was shipped (2 days for Hawaii/Alaska).


Standard flat rate shipping cost of $54.99.Please allow up 1-2 weeks for order delivery from date item is shipped.

*Please note that we can not guarantee delivery within the carrier (USPS) estimated delivery dates

Order Cancellations/Alterations:

Due to the expedited nature of our order processing, please email us immediately (within 4 hours of placing your order) at to cancel your order. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours your order was not cancelled.

Also due to the expedited nature of our order processing we do not make order substitutions/order combinations once an order has been placed.


Should you wish to return an item, you will be given 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return the item for store credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Any item returned outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of having the returned item shipped back to you (should you wish it returned to you). Please allow 7-10 business days, from our receipt of your returned item, to process your store credit. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned item, and a second email detailing the amount credited to your store account (initial shipping cost will be deducted from all credited amounts).If you utilized the guest checkout option you will need to create a customer account in order to obtain store credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost by carriers.

*Please properly seal items to protect them from weather conditions.

What can not be returned:

  1. Items intended for final sale (such items will be marked and noted).
  2. Customer damaged, soiled,worn, or altered items.

*Returned items that fall under any of the above categories will be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and no store credit will be issued. If you can not be reached within 10 business days to be notified, the item will be donated to charity or processed with our best discretion.


We are very sorry but we do not offer exchanges, however items can be returned for store credit.

Please keep in mind that although we are meticulous in our measurements, descriptions, and selections, vintage and thrift  items in general are more delicate and should be respected in fitting, wearing, and care. Failure to do so may lead to item damage that is no fault of our own. Please know your measurements and size.
